Lords and Ladies!
Mimi filched a fancy watch-shaped talent somewhere and spent half a day playing with it and trying to activate it. After all, he got tired out and threw the talent right into Prime Inductor. A blinding glare smote his eyes and a sound wave spread around the neighborhood.
Terrified Mimi wasted no time and hastily hopped off the crime scene. On his way the Hero came across merchants, heading for the Fair and carrying some separate watch-shaped talents and chests. It seems this time everything turned out all right. Playing with time just made the talents from the subset appear on the shelves of the Fair!
From 12 p.m. (UTC+3) March 18 until 12 p.m. (UTC+3) March 25, as you requested, we are adding talents from the new Fortunate Moment subset to the Fair! Now everyone can collect the whole subset!
