Maintenance is over, and the Heroes are ready to rush into battlefields!

New talent subset — Fortunate Moment!

The subset consists of eight talents; one of them is main while others upgrade its properties.

Fortunate Moment will perfectly suit casters like Muse, Plague Doctor, Cryo, and similar Heroes. Yet, other Heroes will certainly find some of the talents attractive too!

Fortunate Moment

  • required row: III
  • Prime-cost: 675
  • increases Cunning by 10 (13.2)
  • Resets cooldown of the last used class talent (except for ultimate talents)
  • Cooldown: 100 sec

Moment of Energy

  • required row: I
  • Prime-cost: 350
  • increases Energy Regeneration by 2.7 (3.5)
  • When Fortunate Moment is used, the talent additionally restores 50% of spent Energy

Moment of Life

  • required row: II
  • Prime-cost: 500
  • increases Strength or Intellect, whichever is greater, by 7.2 (9.2)
  • When Fortunate Moment is used, the talent additionally restores 280 Health

Moment of Speed

  • required row: IV
  • Prime-cost: 825
  • increases Agility or Cunning, whichever is greater, by 6 (10)
  • increases Speed by 7
  • grants 3 bonus Speed while Fortunate Moment is on cooldown

Moment of Freedom

  • required row: IV
  • Prime-cost: 825
  • increases Health by 390
  • when Fortunate Moment is used, the talent also removes all negative effects from the Hero

Moment of Rage

  • required row: V
  • Prime-cost: 1160
  • increases Strength by 17 (22.6);
  • reduces cooldown of all talents by 2%
  • additionally reduces cooldown of Fortunate Moment by 25 sec

Moment of Wisdom

  • required row: V
  • Prime-cost:
  • increases Intellect by 17 (22.6);
  • reduces cooldown of all talents by 2%
  • additionally reduces cooldown of Fortunate Moment by 25 sec

Moment of Might

  • required row: VI;
  • Prime-cost: 1600
  • increases Strength or Intellect, whichever is greater, by 17 (21.8)
  • increases Cunning by 10 (13.2)
  • additionally increases penetration of talents by 7% while Fortunate Moment is on cooldown

Heroes

Deceiver

Slight balance changes for the derisive Hero.

Scorch

  • Damage is reduced to 4-35 (instead of 5-45)

Forks of Flame

  • Range of the bounce is reduced by 22%.

Fire Wave and Inferno

  • Damage is reduced to 140-1234 (instead of 153-1349).
  • Speed of the wave is reduced by 20%.

 

Arcane Wyrm / Dragonfly

The excellent Hero, one of the few, directly connected with Ether, will feel more comfortable when using his auto attacks and the first ultimate ability.

Animation speed of auto attacks is increased by 20%.

Spirit Trap

  • Range of the ability is increased by 9%
  • A delay before casting the ability is reduced to 1.2 sec (instead of 1.5)

 

Marksman / Hunter

The Hero got several tweaks, aimed at equalizing both Strength and Intellect builds.

Bleeding

  • No longer applies a Bleeding effect after class abilities were used.

Deep Wounds

  • bonus damage is reduced to 30% (instead of 50%).

Devastating Shot

  • the maximum casting time is reduced to 1.6 sec (instead of 2 sec)
  • the minimum damage is increased to 50% (instead of 40%).

Stunning Shot

  • Cooldown of the ability is increased to 90 sec (instead of 70)
  • Damage is reduced to 60-529 (instead of 66-602).
  • Now, instead of dealing double damage to the target that is out of standard range, damage dealt is increased by 50% per each bleeding effect on the target.

 

Fallen Lord

One of the most fascinating Prayan Heroes (both in mechanics and the way he is hired :) ) lost his place in the players' hearts. That is why we buffed some of his abilities and made the ability combinations and Arsenal stacks more convenient.

Arsenal

  • The maximum number of effects is now 6 (instead of 10). Please note! All bonus effects from receiving or having Arsenal have been converted in such a way that no effectiveness is lost (sometimes it's even increased!).
  • The Hero still receives one shield every 9 seconds, meaning that the maximum number of stacks is now gained almost twice as fast — in 54 sec (instead of 90)
  • At the same time, damage, absorbed by the shield, per one stack is increased to 40-352 (instead of 22-194). In comparison to the previous variant, absorption with the maximum number of Arsenal stacks has increased by 8%.

Battle Alert

  • Now, whenever Wave of Blades is used, the Hero receives 1 Arsenal (instead of bonus Stamina or Will, whichever is greater)

Battle Order

  • Damage is increased to 12-106 (instead of 9-82).
  • Bonus damage per each Arsenal stack is increased to 3-26 (instead of 2-18).

Circle Defense

  • Damage reduction per each Arsenal stack is increased to 4% (instead of 2%). Thus, with the maximum number of Arsenal stacks, damage reduction has been increased by 5-13%, depending on the chosen ultimate talent.

Iron Discipline

  • Now additionally increases the duration of Battle Order by 2 sec.

Eternal Service

  • Now grants 4 Arsenal stacks (instead of 5) when Fallen Lord kills a Hero. Even though the figure was reduced, the ability effectiveness has increased by 17%, taking into account the new maximum number of Arsenal stacks. You can now get 67% of Arsenal stacks (of the maximum number) instead of 50% :).

Shards of War

  • Damage is increased to 12-106 (instead of 10-88).
  • Bonus damage per each Arsenal stack is increased to 3-26 (instead of 2-18).
  • Moreover, it deals damage to the primary target rather than just around it.

Frenzy

  • Cooldown is reduced to 80 sec (instead of 110).
  • Range of the ability is increased by 22%.
  • Duration of the ultimate ability is reduced to 2 sec

Secret of Stamina

  • Cooldown reduction is increased to 5% per each Arsenal stack (instead of 3%).
  • additionally increases the duration of the ultimate ability by 2 sec.

Combat Formation

  • Fallen Lord now gets 1 Arsenal stack (instead of 2) for each allied hero who is not nearby.

Endless Supplies

  • Now increases the maximum number of Arsenal stacks to 8 (instead of 15).

Talents

Executioner's Sentence

Hellblade's favorite subset was sometimes excessively powerful.

Executioner's Sentence

  • Now applies 2 mutilations (instead of 3)
  • Execution damage is reduced to 160 (instead of 175)
  • Bonus damage per each upgraded star of the talent is reduced to 12 (instead of 15).

Obsessed Executioner

  • Now applies 1 bonus mutilation (instead of 2).

Ruthless Executioner and Rigid Executioner

  • Range of the Agility buff is reduced by 33%.

Impartial Executioner

  • Bonus damage is reduced to 320 (instead of 350)
  • Bonus damage per each upgraded star of the talent is reduced to 24 (instead of 25)

Fixes

  • Aviator's Tsar Bomba no longer deals the same damage in the epicenter of the explosion and out of it
  • Fixed an issue where Legendary Barrier was improperly granting bonus stats during the game
  • Prince of Thieves' / Duelist's Luck no longer restores Health with a hundred-per-cent chance
  • Prince of Thieves' / Duelist's Bold Rush can no longer restore Health twice
  • Da'ka's/Ha'ka's Oversweeping Bust / Furious Rush now properly knocks the target back
  • Channeling of Brawler's/Meijin's Puncher and its damage animation now interrupts as intended when the maximum damage is dealt
